Withdrawal Policy for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or self-employed professional activity.)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

• on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they were delivered together; or
• on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last item, provided you ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and they were delivered separately.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the products, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

Please note that only unopened and unused products can be returned. Partial returns of product sets are not possible.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

• the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or are clearly personalized;
• the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of purchase but which can only be delivered at least 30 days after the conclusion of the contract, and whose value depends on market fluctuations beyond the seller's control;
• the supply of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscription contracts.

Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts involving:

• the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
• the supply of goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
• the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software if the seal has been removed after delivery.
