Sustainable Shipping with DHL GoGreen

Delivery is climate-friendly within Germany and to Austria. Shipping to Switzerland is possible via our partner MeinEinkauf.ch (see details below).
As part of the GoGreen environmental program, greenhouse gas emissions generated during transport are offset through climate protection projects.


Shipping Costs (including VAT)

Germany: €4.90, free shipping from an order value of €59.00. Shipping is always free with a subscription.
Austria: €8.90, free shipping from €100.00. Reduced to €7.90 with a subscription.
Switzerland: €19.90


Receiving Shipments at a Packstation

To use the Packstation service, you need a DHL customer account and the Post & DHL app. DHL provides all information regarding activation of the Packstation service.

To receive your shipment at a Packstation, enter the delivery address in three simple steps:

  • After your first and last name, enter your personal customer number (Postnummer) in the address addition field. You can find this on your DHL customer card or in the Post & DHL app. If there is no address addition field, simply add the number after your last name separated by a space.

  • In the street field, enter “Packstation” and in the house number field, enter the three-digit number of your chosen Packstation.

  • Finally, enter the postal code and city of the selected Packstation. Done.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes place within 3–5 days after conclusion of the contract (or after payment instruction in case of advance payment).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.


Damaged Shipments

In the event of a damaged delivery, the customer is required to present the shipment at a parcel shop of the respective shipping provider for inspection. A damage report must be created together with the shipping provider. This report serves as official proof and is required for processing damage claims.


Important Notes for International Shipping

For deliveries outside Germany, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply that are not included in the total price displayed.

For customers in Switzerland:
Deliveries are handled via an intermediary, MeinEinkauf GmbH. MeinEinkauf ensures proper customs clearance and invoicing. Delivery is fully customs-cleared at the final price shown in the shop, and no additional import charges apply upon delivery.
