For hygiene reasons, each bamboo toothbrush is individually packed in a cardboard box, which belongs in the paper waste. After wear and tear (approx. 2-3 months), the brush head can be broken off or the bristles can be pulled out with pliers and disposed of in the trash. The bamboo handle can be put in the compost or organic waste.
