“With gentle toothpaste powders with a low RDA value, for example from the company Teethloovers (teethloovers.de), the powder dissolves immediately in the mouth, so there is no risk of abrasion on the enamel. The teeth feel as smooth with the tongue as after polishing. Studies have also shown that tooth powders are more effective at removing plaque and discoloration than toothpastes [2].”
