Right of Withdrawal
Withdrawal Instructions for Consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities.)
Withdrawal Policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Discounted products are excluded from withdrawal.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:
– on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods in a single order and they are delivered together;
– on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods, if you ordered several goods in a single order and they are delivered separately;
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Purpose Products GmbH, Linienstrasse 83A, 10119 Berlin, WhatsApp: +49 177 5078319, email: support@teethlovers.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

This is the only return address. A withdrawal will also be assumed if your delivery cannot be completed, is returned to us, and you do not respond within one week despite being notified by email.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the products, excluding delivery costs, within 14 days from the day on which the goods have been received back by us.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
Please note that only unopened and unused products can be returned. Partial returns of sets are not possible.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
– for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
– for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
– for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on market fluctuations beyond the trader’s control;
– for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:
– for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery;
– for the supply of goods if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
– for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
